Signature Collection
The Signature Collection represents the most complete expression of our craft. It brings together years of evolution, artistic interpretation, and craftsmanship designed to preserve stories through works of a unique character.
Each creation is presented on a cotton-polyester canvas, accompanied by a floating pine wood frame—materials chosen for their ability to preserve the piece’s presence and character over time.
Ownership of a piece from the Signature Collection grants access to future creations reserved exclusively for its owners.
The Creation
Each creation begins once the order is confirmed.
Within 24 business hours of confirmation, one of our consultants will contact you to personally assist you in finalizing the details of the artwork and, if necessary, review the various customization options before beginning the creation process.
From that point on, our artistic team will begin developing the illustration. The creation time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the level of customization planned for each piece.
Before the artwork is painted on the canvas, you’ll receive a preview for your approval. Only after we receive your approval will the artwork proceed to its final stage of completion.
Throughout the entire process, you’ll be able to track the status of your artwork through updates sent by Mr. Beni.

Creation & Delivery Timeline
Each piece from The Signature Collection is created individually. Its creation follows a process in which time, precision, and attention to every detail are essential to the work.
For this reason, all timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, the number of pieces included in the commission, and any revisions made throughout the process.
01 — Design & Creation
3–6 business days
The process begins with the interpretation of the story and the elements that will define the identity of the piece.
Every detail is carefully developed until the composition is uniquely conceived for your pet. An initial proposal will be presented for your review before proceeding.
02 — Approval & Production
2–3 business days from final approval
Only after receiving your final approval does the artwork proceed to production.
The piece moves through preparation, mounting, and framing, followed by a final inspection to ensure it reflects the character and standards of The Signature Collection.
03 — Delivery
3–6 business days
Once completed, the artwork is carefully protected and prepared for its journey to its destination.
Once your piece is on its way, you will receive the corresponding tracking information to follow its delivery.
Shipping is complimentary within the United States and Costa Rica.

8–15 business days
This estimated timeframe begins once we have everything required to begin creating your piece and is provided as a general reference.
A creation conceived to preserve a story deserves the time required to be made with intention, precision, and care.

All pieces include tax and free shipping within the United States and Costa Rica.

Payment
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, provided you have a valid billing address and a shipping address in the United States or Costa Rica. We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard.
