The Signature Collection represents the most complete expression of our craft. It brings together years of evolution, artistic interpretation, and craftsmanship to create works of singular character that preserve stories.
Each creation is presented on a cotton-polyester canvas, accompanied by a floating pine wood frame—materials chosen to preserve the piece’s presence and character over time.
Ownership of a piece from the Signature Collection grants access to future creations reserved exclusively for its owners.
The Advisor
The process begins once your order is confirmed.
Within 24 business hours of your order being confirmed, your personal advisor will contact you to assist you in finalizing the details of your artwork and, if needed, review the available customization options before the creative process begins.
Once the details are finalized, our artistic team will begin developing the illustration. The creation time may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork and the level of customization involved in each piece.
Throughout the process, you’ll be able to follow the status of your artwork through updates from Mr. Beni.
Your Approval
Before your artwork is brought to life on canvas, you will receive a preview for your approval. This moment is an essential part of the process—an opportunity to consider the composition as a whole and refine the details as many times as needed to define its final expression.
Only once every element has found its place and we have received your approval will the artwork move forward to its realization on canvas and final preparation for delivery.
Nothing is considered final until it has received your approval.
Creation & Delivery Time
Each piece from the Signature Collection is created individually. Its creation follows a process in which time, precision, and attention to every detail are essential to the work.
For this reason, all timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork, the number of pieces included in the commission, and any revisions made throughout the process.
01 — Design & Creation
3–6 business days
The process begins with the interpretation of your pet’s story and the elements that will define the identity of the piece.
Every detail is carefully developed until the composition is uniquely conceived for your pet. The completed design will then be presented for your review before proceeding to production.
02 — Approval & Production
2–3 business days from final approval
Only after receiving your final approval does the artwork proceed to production.
The piece moves through preparation, mounting, and framing, followed by a final inspection to ensure it reflects the character and standards of The Signature Collection.
03 — Delivery
3–6 business days
Once completed, the artwork is carefully protected and prepared for its journey to its destination.
Once your piece is on its way, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Shipping is complimentary within the United States and Costa Rica.

8–15 business days
This estimated timeframe begins once your order is confirmed and we have received the photo and all required personalization details. It is provided as a general reference.

Payment
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, provided you have a valid billing address and a shipping address in the United States or Costa Rica. Visa, American Express, Discover, and Mastercard are accepted.
All transactions are securely processed through encrypted payment systems. Mr. Beni does not store your full payment card details.
