This is where the first elements of your artwork come together—from your selected photograph to the finishing touches and personalized details. Every decision is part of a thoughtfully curated process designed to create a one-of-a-kind piece made exclusively for you.
02. Design Development
Once your order has been received, our artistic team begins developing a personalized concept inspired by the story you wish to preserve.
We'll share a preview of your artwork so you can carefully review every detail before production begins. Throughout this stage, one of our specialists will personally guide you, helping you refine colors, finishes, and personalized elements until every detail meets your expectations.
03. Handcrafted Creation
Production begins only after your final approval.
Each illustration is individually created by our team of artists and then produced by skilled craftspeople who apply the same level of precision and attention to detail throughout every stage of the process. Time, craftsmanship, and meticulous execution are fundamental to the way every piece is made.
04. Delivery
Before leaving our studio, every piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection and is carefully prepared for shipment using protective packaging and trusted shipping services.

Where are Mr. Beni pieces created?

How do I take care of my artwork?

We recommend displaying your artwork indoors, away from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and rain.
For routine care, gently remove dust using a soft, clean cloth that is slightly damp, wiping lightly across the surface without applying pressure.
To preserve the canvas and its finishes, do not use disinfectants, solvents, abrasive materials, or any chemical cleaning products.
Because the artwork is created on a textile canvas, we also recommend avoiding long-term storage or placing heavy objects against its surface, helping preserve the canvas's original tension and appearance.

How long does it take to create a piece?
Each artwork is developed individually, allowing for the time required to create a piece entirely from the ground up.
The timeline will vary depending on the complexity of the illustration and the level of personalization that defines the character of the piece.
Once you have given your final approval, the artwork will move into production and preparation for shipment. Throughout each stage, one of our specialists will personally oversee the progress of your piece through delivery.
Is the artwork approved before production?

Do I need to choose the photo before the creative process begins?
No.
Selecting the photograph is part of the creative process. You may confirm your order first and choose the photograph afterward.
If you have several images, our team will personally guide you in selecting the one that best captures your pet's expression, presence, and distinctive features.
The chosen photograph becomes the foundation of an artwork thoughtfully created to preserve your pet's essence as faithfully as possible.
What makes a good photo?
Photos with natural lighting, sharp resolution, and a high level of detail provide the ideal foundation for your illustration.
Before the creative process begins, our team will carefully review your selected photograph. If needed, we'll personally guide you in choosing the image that best represents your pet and allows us to capture every detail with the highest level of accuracy.
